Michael Angelo Caruso educates and entertains audiences all over the world. He has spoken in Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean and 49 of the 50 states.

Drawing on a previous career as a professional musician, Michael has delivered over 2,000 presentations and keynote speeches on the subjects of team leading, selling and speaking.

Michael is author of the FastLearnerAudio series and the 5 Cool Ideas books.

Mr. Caruso is a 12-year member of Rotary and belongs to the Troy Rotary Club of Michigan.

Tom Thorfinnson has been a Rotarian since 1980 serving as club President in 1992-93, Rotary District Governor in 1996-97 and is currently serving a two year term on the Board of Directors for Rotary International. For the Rotary year of 2010-2011he will serve Rotary As Vice President.

Having made nine trips to Haiti, he has led the charge in fundraising efforts among Rotarians in the upper Midwest who have contributed over $1,000,000 to help provide safe water to those in need in Haiti.

He will speak on "Rotary at it's Core".

John Wright is CEO and former Managing Partner of the Wright Financial Group, Inc., one of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network's 92 Network Offices. He has grown his office from $750,000 million to over $9,000,000,000 of insurance in force and has managed over $1 billion of assets, in his 26-year leadership tenure. With all that being said, he more importantly prides himself as a coach and teacher.

Arguably, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network is one of, if not the highest rated and finest financial services firms in the world and John has recruited, trained and developed over 10% of this company's field leadership. He has field leaders running and managing offices in Chicago, Madison, Minneapolis, Des Moines, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, to name a few. That's an amazing record. On top of this, he also is a performance coach for many professional athletes and "corporate" athletes outside of Northwestern Mutual.

John is a sought after speaker on a national scale, both to corporate leaders and professional athletes. He was voted top speaker at the NFL National Rookie Symposium six times. He has spoken to or facilitated life skills camps to the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons and Tennessee Titans.
